How many beverages should I have on hand?
We suggest you allow for at least one beverage per person per hour for a 4 hour event. An important consideration is having plenty of water and non-alcoholic drinks on hand. This could mean a selection of bottled waters, both sparkling or plain plus juices and soft drinks.
