Creating a Grazing Table for 100
Let’s talk Grazing Platters, Charcuterie boards and Grazing tables!
Whatever you want to call them they are a combined selection of cured meats, pickled vegetables, cheeses, crackers, breads, oils, spreads, pastes, nuts, fruits and the like….I think you get the gist!
We searched around and found this fabulous list of contents to create a grazing table feast for 100 guests. You can see more on the creators website. Thanks to Kelly Wiles for the pinsperation. (Please note that the cost listed may not be in AUD).
We were feeding just over 100 adults and I estimate we spent around $550.
4 x Salami sticks, 2 x Pastrami, 4 x packets of chorizo, 1 gigantic bag of cheerios (because what else do you at want at 2am), Sausage rolls
7 packets of chips,1 packet of doritos, 10 boxes of crackers, 1 box of pita crisps
Celery, Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Grapes, Pineapple, Olives
2 x packets of pita bread, 1 x pizza bread, 2 x fresh loafs of tiger bread (sliced)
4 x brie, 4 x camembert, 2 x tasty, 5 x blue, 1 x gouda
We did around 80g of cheese per person coming.
1 x Beetroot, 1 x pesto, 4 x Kiwi Onion Dip, 2 x Sweet Chilli Philly
Mini Donuts,Pink frosted donuts,Pretzels,Dried Apricots,Dried Banana Chips, Liquorice all sorts, Chocolate, Chocolate Fingers, Marshmallows, Almonds, Peanuts, Popcorn, 2 x Bacon and egg pie (homemade), 4 x pate
